Here are a few of the questions most commonly asked about Harvey's Toy Shed items.

What happens once I order ?

Once you have placed your order we will discuss your design & confirmed how you would like your item(s) We will then need to order the majority of the material - as each creation is individualised so often requires new material! This can take up to 5 days from ordering.
After this we will keep you updated with the creation process, updating you as we make! Creating your new lovely can take up to a week - often less - if it is likely to take any longer than this, we will let you know when ordering!

How much is postage and packing ?

We charge a flat rate of £3.00 for UK delivery or FREE when you spend over £50 This is 1st class for small items and 1st class signed for larger items For overseas the postage is a flat rate of  £10.00 for EU Countries and £15.00 for the rest of the world.

 

How will my item be shipped ?

When your new friend is finished and you've approved the final photos they will be posted out ASAP. Each parcel is sent out UK Royal mail 1st class or signed for delivery, which is usually 1-2 days but can take longer in some circumstances! Worldwide parcels are sent by Economy Airmail which can take up to 21 days in some regions. As timings can vary please free to ask for more details
